AARON HARRINGTON
Director

Aaron, a northwest native, graduated from Cascade High School in Everett and went on to study business at the University of Portland, Oregon with a full scholarship where he led the soccer team to the NCAA Division 1 Final Four.  After school, Aaron returned to Seattle where he was a Sales Manager for a local company and became an expert at negotiating transactions.

Aaron entered the real estate world as an investor and spent 4 years "flipping" houses before becoming a liscensed real estate agent. This unique understanding and  knowledge on the details and  conditions of houses has been benefitial for all of his clients.  With dedication, understanding and professional negotiating skills, Aaron has helped his clients achieve tremendous success. 

Today, Aaron  resides in Richmond Beach (about 10 miles north of downtown Seattle) with his wife and child.  He specializes in the areas around his home in Shoreline and Edmonds but keeps well informed of all of the real estate offerings in whole north Seattle area.  He looks forward to helping you make your vision a reality.

MAREN HARRINGTON
Maren grew up in Mt. Vernon, Washington and then went off to the University of Denver, Colorado where she earned her degree in International Business and Marketing.  She returned to Seattle and coordinated the international sales for a luxury expedition cruise ship.  When Harringtons decided to become involved in the Seattle real estate market, Maren worked along with Aaron in "flipping" houses and managing the design aspects of the remodels.

When Harringtons aren't working in real estate, they enjoy skiing, travel and putting Caelan in the baby jogger for a run around the neighborhood.

Maren loves working with clients of all types.  She is knowledgable, understanding and excels at guiding her clients to meet their real estate needs and wants.

CAELAN HARRINGTON
The Harringtons have a two year old daughter, Caelan, that loves to do art projects and go to the Richmond Beach saltwater park to see all of the "doggies."  She is also a great office assistant when Mommy and Daddy are really busy with work.
